It's in the blending of terroir that Gimonnet balances the elegance, charisma and longevity of its vast range of Blanc De Blanc. Dedicated vintages and specific Site-specific Champagnes where only the best Fruit is delivering on their love of Chardonnay. The Rose De Blanc is the exception to the rule and provides an enticing alternative to traditional Blends of Rose Champagne, Gimonnet has thoughtfully minimised the Pinot noir to only 6% and delivers elegance and Chardonnay characters not often associated to Rose Champagne. A truly great Aperitif, that is trim, taut and terrific.
