Imagination gin is the passionate adventure of good mates Simon Wilson and Chris Charteris.
We distill in an 8 plate fractionating column still using pure rainwater captured on the property. The secret to our flavour profile comes from the distinctive yeast we use in fermentation, charcoal filtered rainwater, the delicate balance of botanicals in distillation and of course, very active imaginations! We source many of our ingredients locally from family owned and operated farms and orchards and from backyard home gardeners.

The floral aroma of orris root is prominent on the nose with juniper, coriander and manuka maintaining the delicate piney heart of this gin.
