How to use a promo code
From time to time you may get a promotional email or SMS from us requiring you to enter a "Promo code" or "Coupon" to unlock an exclusive discount on certain products, events or services. If you're having trouble entering or applying this code then please use the below steps to help you. You can also reach a member of our dedicated customer service team by phone at 1300 226 835, email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use the chat function in the bottom right of your screen.
Step One: Copy the Code
Highlight and copy the code from the email or SMS.
Step Two: Start Shopping
Head to our online website or click on the link provided in the email or SMS, select your items and add them to the shopping cart.
Step Three: Proceed to the Cart
Head to the "My Cart" page by either clicking on the Green Popup after you've added your products to the cart;
or select the "My Cart" Link at the top of the side popup;
Under the list of product(s) in your cart, look for the box labeled "Enter Promotion Code".
Step Four: Enter the Code
Paste or type the code you were sent into this box and click 'Apply'. You will then see a green popup message box displaying that your code has been applied;
If the code that was pasted or typed in is incorrect or if it has expired, then a red popup message box will display telling you that the application of the code was unsuccessful;
Once the 'promo code' or 'coupon' is applied successfully then you will see your discount in the right column of the My Cart page;
Step Five: Complete your purchase
Complete the checkout process and enjoy your savings!
Why Do Some Offers Have No Coupon Code or Coupon?
Not every offer on our site requires a code at checkout. Many product deals, digital coupons, and discount Offers will automatically apply your savings when you reach the checkout process. In these cases, during checkout, your savings will be automatically applied to the total.
