The 29 Champagnes on offer were varied, interesting and all of exceptional quality. The use of seven portable stations with four bottles on each was a great way to organise the tasting. The information provides by each of the people at the seven stations was informative and entertaining. We are very much looking forward to future events organised in this way - the forthcoming Chardonnay, Shiraz & Pinot tastings. Well done United Cellars.
