Tuesday Tutorial is all about enjoying great wine in the company of like-minded aficionados and friends. Not only will these nights give you- our wine-lovers a relaxed and informal setting to explore some amazing wines, but we’ll also provide plenty of fodder for your arsenal of wine knowledge! This month we'll be tasting through 'The twelve wines of Christmas.' We'll be looking at the wines that are most popular around the Festive Season; Champagne and Semillon are of course the perfect match to prawns and oysters, while fortified wines go perfectly with dessert. We'll run through the whole Christmas day menu of wines and discuss what goes with which dish, as well as go into a bit of history around why certain wines go well with this special holiday. We know you love wine as much as we do and that enjoyment is increased when you can hear the stories behind how and why each wine came to be created.
