Stefano Lubiana is one of the best producers in Tasmania at present, and this Pinot Noir proves why. "Complex nose brings together fresh red and black cherry, poached red fruit, cream, cinnamon and salumi. Lovely sweet Pinot fruit on entry with all the complexity layered through. Integrated and intriguing, with charm and seriousness at once. Very fine, sandy tannins leave ferrous-edged dark-cherry fruit and brown spices clinging. Very long. It combines generous and outright delicious ripe fruit with layers and structure, making it thoroughly compelling as a drink."- Ed Merrison 100% certified biodynamic, estate-grown, single-vineyard Pinot Noir showcasing why Tasmanian wines are in such high demand!

Pure and charismatic wine here – scents of red cherry, malt, earthiness, undergrowth. Lots going on. Similar flavours tucked into an energetic and svelte profile, good sheath of tannins, excellent length and sense of restraint. Classy wine, pretty to drink, fun to drink. Totally good.

Pinot noir from one of Tasmania’s best producers. Outstanding pinot noir. Meaty, spicy, tannic and awash with pure fruit flavour. The full box and dice. Cedarwood, boysenberry, plum, sweet spice, star anise and no doubt more. A seriously well put together pinot, silken and spice-riddled but ripe and flowing.
