Sourcing the wines from three distinctive Marlborough sub regions (Waihopai, Wairau, Awatere) allows Spinning Top to pin point exactly the precise characteristics they wish to reflect. Clean, joyful wines that deliver true varietal character, complexity and texture presented within an elegant framework. The range consists of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir.
The wines are made with a low sulphur regime, using wild yeast and lees ageing when appropriate, and the occasional use of oak. The wines are made at Ant Moore Wineworks, by the Moore brothers in Renwick, Marlborough.
