Shipping & Delivery
All wines are insured against loss. United Cellars operates a delivery notification system that will alert you when the goods are being dispatched from the warehouse or winery. Delivery notification is available by SMS and/or email. These details can be maintained on your profile for registered members. At the time of ordering online, you will be advised of an expected delivery time. In outlying areas, delivery will be made to your local agent. We will replace or refund anything you order and do not receive.
Allow 7-10 working days delivery time, depending on stock availability. If there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible via your nominated method. We endeavour to dispatch wines within 24 hours of the order being paid.
Heat Policy On Wine Deliveries
Never experience a cooked or leaky wine again - Well worth the wait! At United Cellars, we do not ship wine when temperatures exceed a recommended safe level for transporting wine. We'll send you your order as soon as we can, once the weather cools again and notify you via email if your wine delivery is delayed.
We use the Bureau of Meteorology for up to date climate information, Australia-wide.

For orders delivered within Australia, the combined cost of delivery, handling and insurance including GST is as follows:
1 case means 12 x 750ml bottles. Delivery charges include GST.
We deliver to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong & Singapore
There is no minimum order requirement.
