METHOD NATUREL Handmade in small terracotta amphorae. Wild fermented on skins for 30+ days, whole bunch pressed and rested in ampohora for one year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with natural balance (lightly cloudy) and minimal sulphites. Still wine style (not sparkling). Derwent Valley Tasmania single vineyard provenance.

The name Ironheart speaks to the reddish ironstone gravel soil and represents the most eloquent expression of Shiraz from our unique estate. This wine aspires to be a powerhouse, yet showcasing perfume and an elegant side to its dense sanguine character and tannin-built structure.
