Felicien Henri Desire Diffonty founded Chateau Sixtine in 1900 in the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation of the Rhone Valley with just 2 hectares of vines. The Diffonty family played a significant role in the winemaking history of the region, with Felicien and his son Marius Diffonty helping establish the Syndicat de Chateauneuf-du-Pape in 1924.

This stunning vineyard and winery is part of the AXA stable along with Pichon Baron and Noval port. It's been rated first-class since 1737 and Disznókő (which means pig rock) continues to deliver quality and consistency in both sweet and dry styles. Its Dry Furmint is tank-fermented for purity and offers appetising lemon and cut apple notes and zesty freshness. - Decanter

Sydney Hamilton purchased Leconfield in 1974, having worked in the family wine business for over 30 years he eventually sold the winery to his nephew in '81. Richard has continued producing fantastic south austrlian wines.

Maison M. Chapoutier is one of the most recognizable and sizeable producers in the Rhone Valley. It is known for its wines from both the north and south of the valley, but in particular for its red and white Hermitage wines, made from Syrah and a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, respectively.

The nose has a complex bouquet of spicy cloves and nutmeg with a hint of cigar box. Aromas of mulberry and blackberry underlay the slightly lifted nose. The spicy bouquet is also represented on the palate and dominates over a dark chocolate base with a hint of vanillin from the American Oak. The palate is full with lasting flavours and fine, ripe tannins that do not stick the tongue to the roof of the mouth. Well balanced smooth finish.

This wine is of medium balance and is well blended with the sharpness and maturity of being aged in oak. This wine has a blackberry and peppery boldness which comes out through the ageing of the wine. This wine would be enjoyed with lamb, beef fillet and complex chicken dishes.

Noval's Tawny Port is an elegant, fleshy wine with good richness and a fresh, tangy finish. Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesca and Tinta Barroca are the major grape varieties, all from the estate and traditional, "A" category suppliers. The now closed winery was established as a family owned operation, with striking labels telling the individual story of each wine. Setanta is named after Ireland's most famous hero, a nod to Sheilagh Sullivans heritage.

A family owned and operated winery run by Sandy and Rod Hallett. Their fruit is 100% estate grown in the cool climate of Frankland River, a few hours drive southeast of Margaret River. Amherst distinguishes its exceptional vintages, naming them after regional folklore, such as the ancient Chinese market gardens, which dispensed fresh produce to the gold fields of yesteryear. Hand-picked fruit, wild yeast fermented, basket pressed, 25% new French oak. This is classic Pyrenees Cabernet with lashings of blackcurrant and blackberry fruit characters, mint and restrained oak influences. There was no 2018 vintage produced.

Sourced from the Southern Valleys with some fruit from the Awatere Valley. This Pinot Noir went through 100% stainless steel fermentation and was hand plunged.
