What a fabulous food wine this Joseph Pinot Grigio is. Raging acidity through a chalky, shelly, minerally texture, the dry grip of it the perfect foil to the mouthwatering, zingy, apple-like acidity of it. As great as Australian riesling is, I would much prefer to drink this with most of the seafood I like it and I know, I know that I'm not generally a pinot grigio fan. My tastes are dynamic.
