Savor the first release of the highly sought-after 2021 Vintage Rheingau Rieslings - all before anyone else in Australia!
The Rheingau, renowned for its historic vineyards, has a series of south-facing, rocky slopes that maximize sun exposure and protect the vines from northern winds, allowing Riesling to ripen perfectly in the northern climate. Robert Weil, located in the town of Kiedrich, is fueled by three high-altitude, south-facing vineyards in Klosterberg, Turmberg, and Gräfenberg. Wilhelm Weil, a pioneer of "earth to glass" wine growing, produces some of the world's most inspiring examples of Riesling by guiding Rheingau Riesling to its most seamless, precise expression.
Stephan Reinhardt, The Finest Wines of Germany, has described Robert Weil as "an icon of German wine culture, producing nothing but the finest Rieslings distinguished by their origins and style."Join us for a small and intimate dinner meticulously crafted by The Wine Library to perfectly match the nuances of Rheingau Riesling.
