The letters DRC hold little meaning for most people, but for Burgundy fanatics, these three letters represent something well beyond the everyday; something significantly rare, significantly exclusive, almost unattainable. The reputation of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti goes well before it, the estate being widely considered among the world’s greatest producers. With allocations extremely limited and prices above $20,000, the opportunity to try one of the estate’s wines is the opportunity of a lifetime. For one special afternoon only, we’re offering you that very opportunity.

You are invited to join us at this premium Burgundy showcase on Friday 4th November 2022 in the United Cellars Tasting Room. Wines on pour will include those legendary producers Domaine de la Romanee-Conti and Maison Leroy/Domaine Leroy, along with other top estates. Wines will be paired with a specially-curated 5-course menu designed by Chef Tim Freitas.

EXTREMELY LIMITED TICKETS! On Wednesday the 27th of November, 2019, United Cellars will be popping the corks on nearly 40 wines from one of the hottest (but coolest) regions- Chablis. We'll take a tour through the Villages, Premiers and Grands Crus of the northern-most region of Burgundy. This region has gone through an incredible evolution in the past decade, and is fast becoming one of the most perfectly matched wine styles to the Australian lifestyle, weather and food. This will be a spectacular tasting, and tickets are strictly limited due to the scarcity of these wines.

This month we're going to dive into the world of Natural and Organic wines and really get a good understanding of these methods and the challenges/rewards that come with them. From Orange/Amber wine to Pet Nats and everything in between, here is a chance for a tasting education session on these trending wine styles we're seeing pop up all over the country and what makes them so unique. Included in your ticket will be lots of different wines with differing levels of age to try and discuss in a small group setting, some nibbles, and a $25 voucher to go towards any orders of 6+ bottles on the night!
