"We are Joan Ramón and M. Carme, in 1997 we started a life project, from where Escoda-Sanahuja was born. An exciting path in the production of natural wines from vines grown with the biodynamic method. After a long journey and an exciting job, we launched with the latest project to start a restaurant with the same philosophy, natural, proximity and above all with great enthusiasm to share.
The philosophy of vinification follows our indispensable obligation to respect the fruits to the maximum. Use of native yeasts in the grapes for fermentation and not make any filtration, clarification and stabilization of the wine."
