This independent winemaker produces both St. Joseph and Crozes-Hermitage from their steep vineyards around Mauves. They work with about 20 acres of organically-farmed vineyards, managed with old-fashioned virtue and quiet patience.

The south- and east-facing slopes offer premium meteorological and granitic soils, and their cellar, built in the 1840s, allows the wines to evolve at their own pace.
