Crasa
Located over five hectares on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, SRC is named after Sandra, Rori and Cinzia, the driving force behind the winemaking and viticulture philosophy of this operation.
Set at an altitude of between 600 and 1000 metres, minimal intervention is applied to the vineyard on the belief that “only respecting nature and its courses can get great wines”. Each of the three vineyards SRC sources fruit from have their own characteristics, with the wines focused on showcasing the unique traits through balance and elegance.
