    Coldstream Hills

    Coldstream Hills was established in 1985 by James and Suzanne Halliday and has grown to become one of Yarra Valley's most awarded small wineries, with a clear focus on producing small volumes of high-end Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah. With vineyards throughout the lower Yarra Valley, Coldstream Hills has the ability to express the individuality and nuance of each vineyard and do so by creating a range of single vineyard Pinot Noirs that demonstrate the uniqueness and the subtleties of Yarra Valley's pedigree. Current Chief Winemaker Andrew Fleming has been at the helm since 2001, and draws from a wealth of experience garnered in France (including Chateau Haut Brion!) America and throughout Australia. Andrew's deft touch and his access to some of Yarra Valley's finest, low-yielding vineyards is a formidable combination, and one that produces wines of the highest quality.
