Chateau Peybonhomme-les-tours
Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is home to fifth generation growers Catherine and Jean-Luc Hubert. And while the family has been long associated with Bordeaux, their approach to winemaking is nowhere near as traditional as their contemporaries, instead focusing on crafting brilliant value money wines that are best enjoyed young and fresh.
The estate is very much a family affair for the Hubert’s – along with their son Guillaume, they farm the estate and make the wines themselves, and represent the largest certified bio-dynamic estate in the Côtes de Blaye.
