The grapes are hand harvested once very ripe. Aging takes place on lees for 8 to 10 months. Slightly mineral with floral touches of honeysuckle and lily. Well balanced and harmonious with subtle spices developing into mellowed honey.

Slightly honeyed, tangy pineapple and Eastern spices (turmeric) on the nose, and some considered, unobtrusive oak. Lovely texture, very smooth mouthfeel. This is a rich and relatively full-bodied Granits, perhaps without the definition and cut 2014, but nonetheless well balanced, poised and polished. 91-93 points.
