The Brut Nature Rosé is a cuvée which will delight lovers of freshness, minerality and purity. On the nose, very evocative of strawberry and raspberry with a floral note of rose petals. The palate recalls red fruits and is augmented by hints of citrus fruit, mandarin orange and a small, very refined touch of white pepper.

Floral and spice notes accent the flavors of plump cherry, almond skin, smoke and white peach on the lightly toasty palate of this mouthwatering rosé. Firm, well-knit and chalky in texture. Drink now through 2020.

(all Pinot Noir; no dosage; LY31340DG12/12): Pale orange. Mineral-accented red berries and citrus fruits on the nose, complemented by hints of candied rose and white pepper. Stony and precise, offering lively strawberry and orange zest flavors that expand slowly with air. Closes spicy, stony and tight, with very good clarity and floral persistence.

This bone-dry wine is made using Pinot Noir skins to give its salmon-pink color. It is dry and tightly crisp, compared with the brut nature cuvée also made from Pinot Noir. The ripe red fruits give a fruity character that balances the dryness. Like many really dry Champagnes, it needs to age to soften the intensity of the acidity, so drink this bottling from 2017.
