    Watervale

    The Watervale Wine District, is a subregion of the Clare Valley Wine Region it includes wineries near Watervale and Penwor… tham located 120 km north of Adelaide just off the Horrocks Highway. The historic and beautiful town is surrounded by vineyards and the Riesling Trail runs past the town to the west, between the Highway and the Skilly Hills - taking you through wineries offering some of the finest examples in Australia.
