On Wednesday the 22nd of February, 2023, United Cellars will be in Melbourne cracking open nearly 40 bottles of an impressive collection of French wines to showcase the breadth & depth of everything France has to offer!

We will take you on a journey across the most important wine regions, tasting and exploring the magnificent wines of Champagne, Alsace, the Loire Valley, Burgundy, Côtes du Rhône, and Bordeaux. These will be paired with a stunning multi-course menu of gourmet French cuisine.

On Thursday the 22nd of August, 2019, United Cellars will be popping the corks on some of the world's most revered wines as we take you through a tour of Bordeaux. Both Left and Right banks will be represented by some of the most well-known and respected producers from these spectacular terriors. We will also have some back vintage Sauternes to finish off the evening! This will not simply be a tour through the appellations of Bordeaux, but also a tour through time, as we bring out many back vintages that are perfect for immediate drinking, including the monumental 1982, 2005 and 2009 vintages, as well as many, many more. Houses on pour; Chateau Cheval Blanc, Chateau Figeac, Rauzan-Segla, Pichon Baron, Phelan-Segur, Suduiraut, Cos d'Estournel, Latour and Mouton Rothschild, as well as many more from across this great wine region. This is a once in a lifetime tasting, and tickets are strictly limited due to the scarcity of these wines.

EXTREMELY LIMITED TICKETS! On Wednesday the 27th of November, 2019, United Cellars will be popping the corks on nearly 40 wines from one of the hottest (but coolest) regions- Chablis. We'll take a tour through the Villages, Premiers and Grands Crus of the northern-most region of Burgundy. This region has gone through an incredible evolution in the past decade, and is fast becoming one of the most perfectly matched wine styles to the Australian lifestyle, weather and food. This will be a spectacular tasting, and tickets are strictly limited due to the scarcity of these wines.

EXTREMELY LIMITED TICKETS! On Thursday the 9th of July 2020, United Cellars will be popping the tops on 12 wines to showcase the breadth & depth of everything the Rhone Valley has to offer! The Rhône Valley is generally divided into two sub-regions with distinct vinicultural traditions, the Northern Rhône & the Southern Rhône. The northern sub-region produces red wines from the Syrah grape, sometimes blended with white wine grapes, & white wines from Marsanne, Roussanne & Viognier grapes. The southern sub-region produces an array of red, white & rosé wines, often blends Based around Grenache, Syrah & Mourvedre (what we call in Australia a GSM blend) such as in famous regions such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We'll take a tour across the whole Rhône Valley, from North to South but also to some smaller communes often overshadowed by the big names. This region is known for its extreme landscape & high mountains- indeed this is a section famous for its inclusion in the Tour de France. The cyclists will be riding through this area as we open the bottles at this event, so we'll get a great view of where these wines come from! This will be a spectacular tasting, & tickets are strictly limited due to the scarcity of some of these wines, so make sure you grab your tickets!

LIMITED TICKETS! On Thursday the 21st of October 2021, United Cellars will be popping the tops on over 25 wines from all across the planet to showcase the breadth and depth of everything Riesling! As the weather gets warmer, what could be better than exploring this unique grape and all it has to offer? In this walk-around style event, we'll take a tour across the whole wine world - from its initial home in Germany through to our local claim to fame for this varietal. Included in your ticket is access to tasting all of the wines of the evening, some cheese and meat nibbles and a $20 voucher to go towards any purchases of 6+ bottles on the night. This will be a spectacular tasting, and tickets are strictly limited due to the scarcity of some of these wines, so make sure you grab your tickets!
