    Hungary - Stelvin

    Hungary is home to 22 wine regions, the most historic and acclaimed of which is Tokaj. In Tokaj, producers make the wine T… okaji, a sweet, amber-coloured dessert wine with concentrated sugars and strong acidity from dried, botrytised grapes. These famed wines are full-bodied and full of honeyed, nutty aromas and flavours. The primary grape variety in Hungary (and for Tokaji) is Furmint. Other grape varieties include Hárslevelű, Kékfrankos (the same as Austrian Blaufränkisch), and Chardonnay.
