Rosé Wine

Rosé wine, also known as "blush" or "pink" wine, is made from red grapes but has a pink or light red color. The color of rosé wine comes from the grape skins being in contact with the juice for a shorter period of time than with red wine.

There are different types of rosé wine such as Provence Rosé, which is known for its pale and dry style, and Tavel Rosé, which is known for its full-bodied and rich style.

Rosé wine is versatile and can be paired with a variety of foods, from seafood and salads to barbecue and spicy dishes.
