This month, we travel to one of the most esteemed and ancient wine regions in the world; Bordeaux. First mentioned in the 4th Century as a wine region, Bordeaux has built into one of the pillars of the modern wine industry. The original home of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Semillon and many other grapes that have spread across the globe, we will talk about the history of the region, and taste through many of the unique regions within this huge and diverse appellation. It's back! 2020 sees the return of Tuesday Tutorials. Through 2019 we shared stories and learnt so much about how wine is made and why it tastes like it does.
